Time Period:
EVS’s warranty coverage on its Elite vehicles extends
one year from date of receipt by the original owner and is not
transferable. Warranty coverage on any components purchased
through EVS or any of EVS’s authorized dealers while owned
by the original customer will be covered by the component’s
manufacturer warranty.
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear, any damage, failure, or loss caused
by accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, failure to follow instructions
or warnings defined in the Owners Manual. Any damage, failure,
or loss caused by use of the bike for stunt riding and other
similar activities, or in any other manner for which they
were not designed. Bending of frames, forks, handlebars, seat
posts, or wheel rims can be a sign of misuse or abuse.
Limitations:
- Proof of purchase from EVS or an authorized EVS dealer
is required for any limited warranty claim
- Warranty offers no cash refunds.
- In the event EVS replaces a defective product, a new product
of equal or greater value will be provided. The new product
may not be the exact model purchased, as warranty item replacement
is limited to EVS's current stock and model assortment on
hand at the time of warranty.
- The foregoing warranties are in lieu of, and exclude all
other warranties not expressly set forth herein, whether
expressed or implied by operation of law or otherwise, including
but not limited to any warranties of merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose.
- EVS shall in no event be liable for incidental or consequential
losses, injuries, damages, or expenses in connection with
its bicycle products. EVS's liability hereunder is expressly
limited to the replacement of goods not complying with this
warranty.
- Some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation
of implied warranties or consequential damages, so the preceding
limitations and exclusions may not apply to you
Procedures:
Warranty service will be performed by EVS directly or by an
authorized EVS dealer. Proof of purchase must be provided. If
you elect to repair a defective product yourself or use the
services of someone other than an EVS authorized dealer, EVS
will not be liable for any damage, failure, or loss caused by
the use of such unauthorized service or parts and warranty will
be void. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you
may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state.

If you are not totally satisfied and EVS is unable to address
your product concerns, you may return your EVS vehicle within
30 days of receiving shipment for a complete refund of the purchase
price. Returns will only be accepted if the product is returned
in LIKE-NEW CONDITION, WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Consumers returning
product that is not in new condition are not eligible for all
credits and/or refunds, and will be responsible for any/all
return shipping charges. It is important that you return all
materials shipped with your EVS vehicle, and that it is in its
original packaging. In order to return any EVS product, you
must first contact EVS for a return authorization number (RA#),
which must be clearly indicated on the return-shipping label.
EVS will credit your account for the price of the bike and shipping
charges minus a 5% handling and restocking fee. It is strongly
recommended that returned product is shipped using a carrier
who provides shipping insurance and a tracking method (EVS is
not responsible for any damaged or missing returned shipments).
